HOW IT WORKS

  • Step 1: The Blueprint

    A 1:1 60-minute assessment virtually or in one of our various gym locations. Get a full assessment and a clear game plan. Whether its related to pain, injury or wanting to improve your health and get in shape. This is how we get everyone on the path to success.

  • Step 2: Custom Programming

    Our Physical Therapist & Coach will devise a custom in-person and online exercise program tailored specifically to your needs. This program will include specific movements, a thorough program and likely habits/daily things you can do to improve your pain, get stronger and live a healthier life.

  • Step 3: Messaging + Accountability

    You will have ongoing messaging and accountability support from yours truly. It will include built in habit and exercise tracking to ensure we get you to your goals.
