Step 1: Blueprint
A 1:1 75-Minute Assessment.
This thorough evaluation is with the end goal in mind. From understanding your specific situation to dialing you in mentally and physically. I want to know the ins and outs of what’s going on and determine exactly what you need to address your current limitations.
It then includes an extremely thorough movement assessment to determine diagnosis, prognosis and discover what areas you need to improve to overcome pain or improve performance.
Your Customized Rehab & Performance Prescription
This is where I take all of the information gathered during the Blueprint and create your individualized program. This will include a specific exercise prescription, modifications to your current routine, and lifestyle adjustments as needed!
Step 2: Build.
Step 3: Reinforce
Communication & Accountability.
You will have consistent access to myself for questions, feedback on your technique, and real-time updates. You can consider me your “PT on Call”.
Complete weekly check-ins and experience rehab differently.
Step 4: Expand.
Education & Mindset.
Do you find yourself wondering about the “why”? Are you frustrated or confused about pain, training, nutrition, mindset, etc.? This is where I help you, not just get out of pain, but LEARN about what you’re going through. I want you to grow as a human through this process and help avoid future injuries.
