A 1:1 90-Minute Assessment.
This thorough evaluation is with the end goal in mind. From understanding your specific situation to dialing you in mentally and physically.
I want to know the ins and outs of what’s going on and determine exactly what you need to address your current limitations.
Step 3: Reinforce
Communication & Accountability.
You will have consistent access to myself for questions, feedback on your technique, and real-time updates. You can consider me your “PT on Call”.
Complete weekly check-ins and experience rehab differently.
Step 2: Build.
Your Customized Rehab & Performance Prescription
This is where I take all of the information gathered during the Blueprint and create your individualized program. This will include a specific exercise prescription, modifications to your current routine, and lifestyle adjustments as needed!
Step 4: Expand.
Education & Mindset.
Do you find yourself wondering about the “why”? Are you frustrated or confused about pain, training, nutrition, mindset, etc.? This is where I help you, not just get out of pain, but LEARN about what you’re going through. I want you to grow as a human through this process and help avoid future injuries.
