Step 1: The Blueprint
A 60-minute 1:1 assessment -- in-person or virtual. We go deep. What's going on, what your body is doing, and exactly what needs to change. You leave with a clear diagnosis, a clear prognosis, and a clear game plan. No guesswork. No vague advice. Just a roadmap.

Step 2: Custom Programming
Your PT and coach builds a program built specifically for you. In-person and app-based. The right movements, the right progressions, and the lifestyle adjustments that actually move the needle. This isn't a template. It's yours.

Step 3: Messaging + Accountability
You will have ongoing messaging and accountability support from yours truly. It will include built in habit and exercise tracking to ensure we get you to your goals.
