In-Person Sessions in Central Oregon

All in-person physical therapy and coaching sessions take place at our Bend office. Sessions are one-on-one, unrushed, and built around your goals, not an insurance schedule.

Bend's outdoor culture is a big part of who we work with. Skiers, trail runners, climbers, mountain bikers, powerlifters. If you train hard and want to keep doing it, this is the right place.

Remote PT & Online Coaching

You don't have to be in Bend to work together. Remote physical therapy and online coaching are available to athletes anywhere, and for most of what we do, it works just as well as coming in.

If hands-on manual therapy is what's needed, we'll tell you that upfront. But most evaluation, programming, technique work, and ongoing management happens just fine through video and a good app.

Remote Physical Therapy

Virtual evaluations, movement screening, exercise prescription, and ongoing management, all via video. Available to clients in Oregon and other licensed states.

Online Strength Coaching

Custom programming delivered through the Dobson Strength app. Log your lifts, submit video for technique review, and get real feedback on what's working and what isn't, wherever you train.

Hybrid (In-Person + Remote)

Start in-person for the initial assessment and hands-on work, then shift to remote for programming and check-ins. The most flexible option for local clients.

Free Discovery Call

20 minutes. We talk through what's going on, what your training looks like, and whether working together makes sense. No paperwork, no pressure. Just a real conversation.

Full Evaluation

60 minutes, in-person or virtual. We cover your history, movement, and goals in full. You leave with a clear diagnosis, a clear prognosis, and a plan you actually understand.

Your Program Starts

Custom programming built around your body and your training, not a template. In-person sessions, app-based work, and direct messaging so you're never left guessing between appointments.
