Get Stronger.
Hit PRs.
Compete With Confidence.
Online + In-Person Powerlifting Coaching for Serious Lifters
Whether you're chasing your first meet or your next total PR, you need a coach who understands the sport, writes smart programming, and keeps you healthy enough to actually compete. That's what we do.
Meet-Specific Programming
Periodized programming built backward from your competition date. Every training block has a purpose — so you peak when it counts.
Technique That Holds Under Load
Technical coaching that translates to the platform. We dial in your squat, bench, and deadlift so the mechanics hold when the bar is heavy and the pressure is on.
PT-Backed Strength Training
As a Doctor of PT and CSCS, I bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Push hard, stay healthy, and never wonder if something is going to derail your prep.
Coaching That Actually Knows the Sport
Online programs are everywhere. What they can't give you is a coach who watches you move, adjusts when something's off, and thinks about your long-term development — not just the next training cycle.
You get periodized programming, technique review, competition strategy, and direct access to a coach with a background in both strength sports and physical therapy. Train smart, compete healthy, and keep getting stronger year after year.
Built for Lifters Who Want to Get Serious
You don't have to be an elite lifter. You just have to be committed to putting in the work.
Competitive Powerlifters
You're already competing and want to take your total to the next level. Your current program isn't cutting it and you need a coach who can identify exactly what's holding you back.
First-Time Competitors
You want to do your first meet and don't know where to start — programming, federation rules, attempt selection, or what the day actually looks like. We'll get you ready and confident on the platform.
Raw Strength Athletes
Competition isn't your goal — maximizing your squat, bench, and deadlift is. You want structured programming and coaching to make real strength gains, not just gym wandering.
Lifters Coming Back from Injury
You had a setback and need a coach who understands both the injury AND the sport. You don't want to be told to stop lifting — you want a path back to the platform.
Everything You Need to Hit the Platform Ready
Powerlifting coaching isn't just a program — it's a complete system for getting stronger and competing at your best.
Periodized Meet Prep Programming
A full training plan built backward from your competition date — hypertrophy, strength, and peaking phases all dialed in so you hit the platform at your best.
Technique Review
Send videos of your lifts and get detailed, sport-specific feedback. No more guessing if your squat depth is there or whether your back is in a safe position off the floor.
App-Based Programming
Your full program in a coaching app — sets, reps, RPE targets, video demos, and notes. Track your lifts, log attempts, and always know what you're doing and why.
Competition Day Strategy
Opener selection, attempt progression, warm-up timing, and peaking strategy. We plan the whole day — not just the training — so you're not making it up as you go at the meet.
Direct Coach Access
Message me directly with questions, updates, or when something feels off. You're never waiting a week to find out if that ache in your hip is something to worry about.
Injury Prevention & Load Management
Having a Doctor of PT as your coach means problems get caught early. We manage your load intelligently so you arrive at every meet healthy — not just hopeful.
Getting Started Is Simple
No complicated onboarding. Just a clear path to getting stronger and competing at your best.

Strength Assessment

Your Custom Program
Your program is built and loaded into the app. We walk through the structure together so you understand every block, every phase, and every decision.
Train, Compete, Progress
Execute the program, send videos, check in regularly, and step on the platform knowing you're prepared. Then we do it again — and get stronger.
What Clients Are Saying
Lifters who stopped guessing and started competing at their best.
Frequently Asked
Everything you want to know before getting started.
Do I need to compete to work with you?
No — many clients aren't competing, they just want serious strength programming with a knowledgeable coach behind it. But if you do want to compete, meet prep is something we do very well.
What federations do you have experience with?
We work with lifters across raw and equipped federations. Whether you're lifting in the USPA, USAPL, RPS, or stepping on the platform for the first time, we'll dial in the rules, equipment, and expectations for your specific federation.
How far out from a meet should I start?
Ideally 16–24 weeks gives us enough time to build a complete prep cycle. That said, we've helped lifters get ready with less runway. We'll be honest about what's realistic given your timeline and come up with the best plan for where you are.
Do I need my own gym membership?
Yes — you'll need access to a barbell, squat rack, and bench press. We'll build your program around whatever equipment you have available. If you're in Central Oregon, we can work through your current gym setup during the onboarding call.
How is this different from just running a Juggernaut or Sheiko program?
Pre-written programs are designed for a hypothetical lifter — not you. Your leverages, technique, weak points, recovery, and schedule are all unique. A coach who watches you move, adjusts as you go, and actually knows your history makes a real difference over months and years of training.
I have a nagging injury — can you still help?
Yes — and this is where having a PT as your coach is a major advantage. We address the injury within the training context rather than telling you to stop lifting. Many clients receive a combination of coaching and physical therapy. You don't have to choose between getting healthy and getting strong.
