Do I need to be a competitive athlete to work with you? +

Not at all. Most clients just love being outside and want to stay healthy and capable to keep doing it. You don't need a race bib or a summit log — just a commitment to training consistently.

What sports do you work with? +

We work with all outdoor athletes — skiers, trail runners, mountain bikers, rock climbers, hikers, paddlers, and more. If your sport takes you outside and you want to get better at it, we can build programming around it.

How do you structure training around my season? +

We map out your full athletic year from the start — identifying your peak season, building appropriate off-season strength phases, and transitioning to in-season maintenance when you're most active outdoors. The goal is to show up to every season stronger than the last.

I have a nagging injury — can I still start? +

Yes — and having a PT as your coach here is a real advantage. We address the injury within the training context rather than telling you to stop. Many clients also receive physical therapy alongside their coaching, so you don't have to choose between getting healthy and getting strong.

Do I need a gym or specific equipment? +

We build your program around whatever equipment you have access to. A barbell and rack is ideal, but we can work with a gym membership, a home setup, or a combination. We'll discuss this during the onboarding call and build accordingly.

Is this available online if I'm not in Bend? +

Yes — while we're based in Central Oregon and love working with local athletes, the program works fully online. We use a coaching app for your program and communicate directly through regular check-ins and video reviews.
