FAQs

    1. We remain limited by the traditional healthcare model if we take insurance.

    2. By being "Cash Pay" I am able to provide you with a much more personalized approach. We can address multiple issues, communicate consistently (not just within the confines of a 30 minute visit), and this allows real-time updates.

    3. We do have the option to give you “Superbills” for any in-person sessions for potential reimbursement for our services. This is not a guarantee but can help offset some of the investment you make in yourself.

  • Absolutely! I am able to provide remote services to anyone, anywhere. (As long as you have internet access!)

  • Heck no! I serve individuals who want to remain healthy and consider any previous injuries whilst training for specific performance goals.

  • It works through providing exceptional in-person care AND using technology to drive the outcomes you actually want. By having consistent communication and accountability we are able to adapt in real-time and keep you doing the activities you love while you overcome pain. You also have someone who helps keep you on track when life gets hard and guides you through how to still get the outcome you’re after.
