The 3-Step Process

  • Step 1: Discovery Call

    A no-pressure call all about YOU. Discussing your pain point, goals, aspirations and ensuring we are a GREAT fit to work together.

  • Step 2: Blueprint.

    A 1:1 90-minute assessment. This thorough evaluation is with the end goal in mind. From understanding your specific situation to dialing you in mentally and physically.

  • Step 3: The Program.

    We use the blueprint to build your plan. This will include a specific exercise prescription, modifications to your current routine and lifestyle considerations.
